Before founding Suber Capital Partners, Mr. Suber was Director of Regional Development at the University of Notre Dame, where he was responsible for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of the university’s high net worth benefactors. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Suber’s portfolio accounted for over $30 million and his cultivation efforts set in motion what would become the largest single commitment in the University’s history. His region included the Washington, DC, Manhattan, NY, and Atlanta, GA metropolitan areas, as well as the states of Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Prior to joining Notre Dame, Mr. Suber served in sales and sales management with Liberty Mutual Group, managing two offices in the Metro Atlanta area. He won numerous awards of recognition as a Rookie Sales Representative and was quickly promoted to Sales Management. Upon promotion to management at Liberty Mutual, Tony inherited a $5 million single office sales operation and ten employees. Within three years, Tony grew that business unit into two offices, with revenues of over $13 million and 22 employees. Mr. Suber achieved double-digit profit and growth during those three years.

Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, Tony co-founded his own marketing communications consulting business right out of college.
